As a Compliance and Safety Manager Aviation CAMO/MRO at AeroEx, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities within the scope of regulatory approvals are correctly carried out under the supervision of the responsible manager of the respective functional area. You will be a critical part of the team and have a wide range of responsibilities, from taking over the function of an auditor, safety, or compliance manager for our customers to performing internal and external audits and inspections. You will also be responsible for process optimization within the management system and communication with the relevant national and international authorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring suppliers and assisting with creating and revising manuals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in aeronautical engineering or comparable knowledge and abilities gained through professional training and experience in the aviation business. You should also have several years of professional experience with a business aviation or airline operator in airworthiness Organization (CAMO) and MRO (Part-145) and qualification as an aviation auditor. You should have good knowledge of national and international aviation safety regulations, in-depth knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Annex I (Part-M), Annex Vc (Part-CAMO), and Annex II (Part-145), and experience in project management, compliance monitoring, and safety management.
