Addressing growing complexity through digital solutions
As regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry continue to grow in complexity, organizations face increasing pressure to improve efficiency while ensuring full compliance.
This partnership brings together AeroEx’s deep expertise in aviation safety and compliance with Infotel’s extensive capabilities in software engineering and scalable IT systems. Together, the companies aim to deliver next-generation solutions that simplify compliance processes and support digital transformation across the aerospace sector.
Strengthening AMAS.aero and enabling global growth
A central focus of the collaboration is the continued development and international expansion of AMAS.aero, AeroEx’s cloud-based platform for compliance and safety management.
The platform enables aerospace organizations to:
- Streamline regulatory processes
- Manage audits and inspections more efficiently
- Enhance safety performance through digitalization and automation
“This partnership allows us to combine deep regulatory expertise with scalable technology to address one of the key challenges in aerospace—managing complexity while driving efficiency and growth.”
Helmut Gottschalk and Joel Hencks, Managing Directors of AeroEx GmbH
The partnership will also support the expansion of AeroEx’s global sales and partner network, enabling the company to serve customers worldwide more effectively.
Complementary platforms: AMAS.aero and Orlando
“AeroEx combines exceptional expertise in highly regulated aviation environments with an innovative and scalable platform. In particular, AMAS.aero complements our Orlando offering very well, creating powerful synergies between regulatory expertise and advanced software capabilities.”
Eric Fabretti, CEO of Infotel
Orlando, developed by Infotel, is a cloud-based solution for managing aviation technical publications and documentation, widely used by airlines and MRO organizations. Together with AMAS.aero, it creates a powerful combination of compliance management and technical documentation capabilities.
Continuity for customers
The partnership is structured as a long-term collaboration, beginning with a 20% minority participation and a shared ambition to deepen cooperation over time.
Importantly, there will be no changes to AeroEx’s operations. The company will continue to operate under its existing name, with the current management team and structure remaining in place.
Customers will continue to work with their existing contacts while benefiting from:
- Enhanced technological capabilities
- Expanded international reach
- Increased innovation capacity
